Bridal Policy

ORDER PROCESS

 

Once the client has selected the desired style, color, fabric and size, a signed copy of this Policy Form must be completed.

 

Due to the fact that all gowns and dresses are made to order, all products require payment in full before the order can be placed with the designers. Once a gown has gown into production, no changes to the gown can be made.

 

SIZING

 

Each of our fabulous designers has a size chart. Specific measurements are required in order to determine which size category you fall into. Size is determined by the largest measurement; therefore, alterations are almost always required. We recommend choosing a larger size if your measurements fall between sizes. It is much easier to take a garment in than to let it out. We require that the bride and bridesmaids sign off on their size before an order can be placed. If a bridesmaid is not present at the time that the order is placed, she must fill out and submit an online Policy Form via our website and email it to us at myeverafterbridal@gmail.com before the order can be processed. We will not place a bridesmaid order until confirmed sizes and payment for the entire bridal party have been received.

 

 

FABRIC

 

Our designers use the finest fabrics. Silk fabrications may contain variations and irregularities which are inherent in fine silk yarn. These characteristics enhance the natural beauty of the fabric and in no way should be treated as defects. Please note that fabric color may vary due to variations of dye lots and may not be the exact color that was selected from the color card or swatch.

 

 

ALTERATIONS

 

We do offer in-house alterations services for our brides, however they are not included in the price of the gown. We recommend that alterations start a minimum of 2-3 months in advance of the wedding. Please remember that our gowns are made to order, they are not custom made to your specific size. Therefore, alterations will most likely be required. You will be responsible for contacting and making your appointment with the seamstress, as they work by appointment only. We are not responsible for any alterations. Both our contract seamstresses are bridal specialists, and do not alter bridesmaids or bridal party dresses. We have many talented seamstresses in our area that we are happy to recommend to your bridal party. Average alterations cost approximately $250 but will vary depending on how much work is done.

 

 

DELIVERY

 

It takes 5-6 months to order and receive the dress of your dreams. Therefore, we recommend that brides order their gowns a minimum of 9 months prior to the wedding to ensure there is plenty of time for alterations. Bridesmaids a minimum of 5 months. Rush orders can be placed at an additional charge. Once your gown has arrived, you will be notified and given the seamstresses information.

 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

All sales are final and there are no exchanges or refunds, no exceptions. If merchandise is left unclaimed in the boutique for 30 days or longer after your original wear date (unless other arrangements are made), the merchandise becomes property of Ever After Bridal and any payments are forfeited.
